Mission Statement
The mission of the Woodburn Public Library is
to serve all the people
of Woodburn by promoting literacy, lifelong learning, and the enjoyment of
reading and culture.
Policies

A responsible caretaker must accompany children under ten (10) years
of age. Children left at the library after closing will be entrusted
to the safekeeping of the Woodburn Police Department for their safety
and well-being.
- The Library, as all city buildings, is a smoke-free area.
- Illegal drugs and alcohol are prohibited on city property.
- Misuse or defacing of library materials, equipment, or facilities is illegal.
- Solicitation or sale of products or services is prohibited.
- Only service animals permitted in the Library.
