CCRLS provides its member libraries with a range of administrative services including infrastructure, cataloging, bibliographic database maintenance, and Ready to Read grant management.

Systemwide borrowing

Your library card allows you to borrow materials from any CCRLS member library. Our daily courier will deliver your requested material to the library of your choice and return it to its owning library at no charge to you.

Library cards

Residents of cities with a CCRLS member library support their library through property taxes and are entitled to full service library cards from their library at no additional charge.

Residents of the CCRLS district who live outside a city library district are entitled to a FREE basic library card from any CCRLS member library, allowing one checkout and one hold on another item at no charge.  A full service library card is also available to purchase at $60 per year for CCRLS district residents.  Click here for a map of district boundaries.

CCRLS district resident youth (up to age 18) may get a free Kids’ Card that allows up to 25 checkouts and holds.  These cards are limited to childrens' and young adult materials.

Use the CCRLS catalog to easily find books and materials, place holds and renew items in all member libraries. You can also access your library account.  Library patrons may also download audiobooks, eBooks and videos or use online databases.
