Room Rates:
Room type Rate Tower Deluxe Single/Double 139.00 Executive Tower Room, w/ small sitting area Single/Double 154.00 The room block is available up until February 14, 2001 at which time the rooms become available to the general public. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Identify yourself as part of the CODI group when making your reservations. Be sure you use the reservation code "CODI 1".
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time for all groups is 3:00p.m. Groups may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability of "ready" rooms. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Air Travel and Car Rental
Air travel: A contract has been set up through the Delta Meeting Network® discounted travel to the CODI conference. You may use your own travel agent or go through Delta's Convention Reservations Desk and obtain the discounted travel. Click here for details.
Car rental: In order to get a reduced rate on car rental your attendees must do the following: Call the Avis Meetings Reservations Desk -- 1(800)331-1600 -- and register using the Avis Worldwide Discount (AVW) number J866549. You can also go to http://www.avis.com, select meetings services and refer to the above discount number.
Airport Shuttle:
Complimentary shuttle service runs every 20 minutes from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. At off times, dial the Little America phone from the direct dial phones in the baggage area. Await pickup at the "Hotel Shuttle" sign at the curb.
Parking:
Hotel parking is complimentary.
