Administration

CCRLS provides its member libraries with a range of services including infrastructure, courier service, automated system & data administration and Ready-to-Read grant management.


Systemwide borrowing

Your library card allows you to borrow materials from any CCRLS member library. Our daily courier will deliver your requested material to the library of your choice and return it to its owning library at no charge to you.


Library cards

Full - Residents of cities with a CCRLS member library support their library through property taxes and are entitled to a full-service library card at no additional charge.

Basic - Residents of the CCRLS district who live outside a city library district are entitled to a basic library card. A basic card may be obtained from a CCRLS member library; however, please note that these cards are not offered at Chemeketa Community College Library. Based upon the limited tax rate for CCRLS, this card allows 10 checkouts and 10 holds. A full-service library card may be purchased.

Youth - Youth (birth through high school) residents of the CCRLS district who live outside a city library district are entitled to a youth library card at no additional charge.

Chemeketa College Students & Faculty - Currently enrolled students & employees who live outside the CCRLS district or outside of their city library district are entitled to a limited access library card from any public CCRLS library, allowing 25 checkouts for students and 10 checkouts for employees.

All card types allow access to CCRLS-provided eBooks and electronic resources.

Use the CCRLS catalog to find books and materials, place holds and renew items. You can also access your library account. Download digital audiobooks and eBooks, and access a variety of eResources.
