Wagner Community Library Closure

Unfortunately the Wagner Community Library in Falls City is closing soon, however you should be aware that residents of Falls City will still qualify for library service through CCRLS.  When the library closes on August 31st, 2018, Wagner adult patrons will automatically become basic patrons of the Dallas Public Library with all appropriate privileges, and children will become CARE patrons of Dallas. Patrons will be free to switch libraries if they choose and to upgrade to a Full service library card for a $60 annual fee per household.

Basic patrons are entitled to 10 checkouts and 10 holds at any given time along with full use of CCRLS provided online resources. CARE patrons are entitled to checkout 25 age appropriate items and place 25 holds.  System wide borrowing will remain available. Full service patrons may checkout up to 50 items and place 50 holds.

Beginning September 1, 2018, any books checked out from the Wagner library should be returned to Dallas or any other CCRLS member library.  They will be directed to the proper libraries from there.  Any fines and fees still owed can be paid at Dallas or any other CCRLS member library, where they will be correctly distributed.
